Many, forgetting the oath and duty, left military service and went into the criminal business - the secret arms trade. There remained those for whom the protection of the interests of the state was the main goal of life - such as FBI Lieutenant Colonel Oleg Koltsov and police major Igor Rodionov. So former friends and colleagues entered the confrontation, finding themselves on opposite sides of the barricades. And they led him using the entire arsenal of tools and their experience.
